This is great! Detailed enough that you I’ve learned something, but not so much that I’m overwhelmed! Also, anytime someone uses the phrase “and I am permanently ruined for eel” I am automatically endeared to them for life. It’s a little known fact about me. I can’t wait to read more…also I now crave sushi and it’s only 8:30 am…
